A Quick Note for Young People

We don’t collect your personal information. You can play and learn on Super Study Party without giving your name or email. We use tools like YouTube and Google Analytics to help us understand which pages people visit, but they don’t tell us who you are.

If you or your parent/carer has questions, you can contact us here.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to all parts of the Super Study Party platform, including our main website, learning content, games area, and teacher section. Super Study Party is an educational platform designed to support pupils aged 11 to 18, and we are committed to keeping your data safe and respecting your privacy.

2. What Information We Collect

We do not collect or store any personal information from pupils, teachers, or visitors. This means:

  • No sign-up or login is required

  • We do not collect names, email addresses, or other identifiers

  • We do not track users individually

3. Analytics and Embedded Content

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — for example, which pages are visited most often. This helps us improve the platform, but does not tell us who you are.

We also embed educational videos from YouTube to support learning. These videos may set their own cookies or collect limited device information, as outlined in YouTube’s own policies.

4. Cookies

Super Study Party itself does not set cookies, but we use third-party services such as Google Analytics and YouTube, which may place cookies on your device. These cookies help us understand how people use the site and how videos are accessed, but they do not collect personal information about you.

We do not use cookies for advertising or user tracking beyond these essential services.

5. Teacher Access

We have a private admin portal that is accessible only to authorised GTCS-registered teachers. It is used to upload and manage educational content.

To access this area, teachers must provide minimal personal information, such as an email address for login purposes. This data is used solely for authentication and is not shared or used for any other purpose. No personal information about pupils is collected or stored.

6. Advertising

While we do not currently run advertisements, we may introduce contextual ads in the future. These ads will be based on the content of the page, not on personal data or browsing history. We will never show personalised ads on our platform.

7. Children’s Privacy

Super Study Party is suitable for children under 13. We follow the UK GDPR and the Children’s Code (Age-Appropriate Design Code), and we also comply with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This means we do not collect any personal data from children under 13 and we do not use personalised advertising.

Young people can access our games and learning content freely without signing up or providing personal information. We’ve designed the platform to be safe, respectful, and free from unnecessary data collection.

8. Data Security

Even though we do not collect personal data from pupils, we take the security of our platform seriously. Our websites and systems — including the private admin portal — are securely hosted in the United Kingdom and monitored to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, or data breaches.

Access to sensitive areas is restricted to authorised users only, and any identifying teacher data (such as login emails) is handled securely and used solely for authentication.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever make changes to how we use data (for example, by introducing logins or cookies), we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly notify users on the site. You can always check this page for the most up-to-date information.

10. Contact Us
