Super Study Party is an educational resource designed to support pupils aged 11–18 and the teachers who work with them. Our games, tools, and materials are intended to help with revision, learning, and classroom engagement. The platform is not a replacement for teaching or formal education — it is a supplementary study tool.

Educational content on Super Study Party may be freely used, copied, or adapted for non-commercial educational purposes, such as classroom teaching, revision sessions, or personal study.

Any such use must include clear attribution to Super Study Party. This can be done in any reasonable way — such as a written credit, link, or visible inclusion of the Super Study Party logo — as long as it is clear where the content came from.

You may not use our content:

• To raise money (including for charity, schools, or tutoring services)

• In any paid product, event, or service

• In any way that misrepresents the content as your own

You may not attempt to access, extract, copy, or interfere with the underlying systems of the platform, including the admin portal used by authorised GTCS-registered subject specialists to upload content. Any unauthorised access or tampering is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Only authorised GTCS-registered teachers may access the admin area to upload or manage content. Any content added must:

• Be appropriate for pupils

• Be accurate and educational

• Not include offensive, discriminatory, or unrelated material

• Not contain personal information about pupils or others

We reserve the right to remove content and revoke access if these standards are breached.

Super Study Party is a resource to support education, not a replacement for qualified teaching. Content is developed and reviewed by subject specialists, but we do not take responsibility for how it is applied in specific educational contexts.

All educational content on Super Study Party is, and will remain, free for pupils and teachers.

We may introduce optional paid features in future, such as cosmetic enhancements or teacher tools. These will never interfere with access to our core educational materials.
Currently, no payments are required, and no payment information is collected.

All games, content, designs, tools, and platform elements — including the teacher and admin areas — are the intellectual property of Super Study Party. You may not:

• Use our materials for commercial purposes

• Reverse-engineer or copy our games or platform

• Claim ownership of our content

Educational use for non-commercial purposes is permitted and encouraged. However, any use of our content must include clear attribution to Super Study Party. This can be done in any reasonable way, such as a visible credit, a link, or by including the Super Study Party logo, as long as it is clear where the content came from.

Super Study Party is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from bugs, or complete accuracy of content.

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or access

• Device issues

• Misuse of content or platform features

Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled by the Scottish courts.
