Questions are original practice material informed by the supplied course specification (version 5.0, WDD implementation and appendices 11–14) and 2022–2026 question papers and marking instructions. They are not official exam questions or official marking schemes. Easy items are scaffolding towards exam-level work.
Uses runnable PHP spellings such as $_POST, $_GET and mysqli_num_rows(), including where a supplied document uses inconsistent notation. Database examples follow the supplied classroom style: $conn, $sql, $result, $row and explicit if failure checks. These tasks assume mysqli returns false on failure.

How marking works: single blanks and multiple choices are checked automatically. Longer code and written answers use a model solution and a self-marking checklist; valid equivalent answers should earn credit. Each checklist point is worth one practice mark.
This standalone file does not run PHP or contact a database. Your typed answers stay in the page and are cleared when you reload. Real applications should validate submitted data, use prepared statements for user-supplied SQL values and escape untrusted HTML output. Classroom tasks state when safe sample data is assumed.
