Esports Event Project
To achieve the full Organising and Promoting Events unit, as part of a group you must run your own Esports event.
Running an Esports Event sounds a lot more difficult than it is. It is important to remember that you are not running a national event. You will be running a small esports event within your class or school. The actual event can run in class or can be spread over a number of weeks.
What is in the Assessment
The assessment can be broken into five main sections.
- Planning – During this phase, you and your team will decide the details of your event.
- Promotion – You and your team will design promotional materials and advertise your event.
- Budgeting – Your team will outline how the event will be funded and how sponsors can be used.
- Registration – Each member of your team will create a registration form to register event participants.
- Evaluation – After running your event, you and your team must then evaluate the whole process.
