Input and Output Devices
Every computer system needs a way to get information in and send results back out. That’s where input and output devices come in!
Even though these devices don’t usually appear in the exam, they’re still super useful to know — they help you understand how a computer interacts with the real world.
Input Devices
Input devices let us send data into the computer.

Keyboard – for typing words and commands

Mouse – for pointing, clicking, and dragging

Scanner – for turning paper documents into digital files

Touchscreen – combines input and output!
Output Devices
